    Default Probation and Self-Employment

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
What are the laws for reporting income when self-employed while on probation?

The law is no different than for a person who is not on probation. You still have to file your income tax report with the federal government as well as with your state. The only possible difference is that you may be under additional scrutiny as a parolee, as in you may have to report your income to your parole officer as well. If you're on probation, you can ask you PO for more information. You can also call the court parole office too, they'll know for sure.
