Caught Shoplifting at Rite-Aid

My question involves criminal law for the state of: WA

So I know it was wrong, and I know I'm gonna get bashed for doing it. But here's what happened.
I went to Rite-Aid and put a box of makeup into my purse. Wandered around the store a bit, and actually bought a drink for like a dollar. When I paid for it I stupidly gave my Rite Aid Wellness card and used my debit card. So I'm sure they already have my information. When I was about to leave, the LP came up to me and asked me where I put the box of makeup. I told him I put it by the curling irons. So he said okay, and walked away. Then I walked out.

My question is, are they gonna charge me for it? Will the police be involved in this $8 theft?
