    Default Mail Fraud Charges, Left the Country Instead of Going to Court

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: tenessee
    About seven years ago i got charged with conspiracy to committ mail fraud I left the country and now I want to fix this problem .The company that accused me is no longer in business and i want some suggestions of what to do

    The company isn't the one who charged you, it was the state. You need to contact a criminal defense attorney in the jurisdiction where you were charged. They can arrange for you to return and surrender yourself on the warrant that is out there. Then you just have to let the justice system run its course.

    Mail fraud is most likely a federal offense. The heart of the matter is how much evidence the prosecution has even with the initial complainant not available (if they are truly not available).
    As free9man says, you'll need a lawyer who can investigate and advise you on your next move.
