Default Moving Divorce Proceedings to a New State

My fiancee was previously married. He and his ex-wife divorced in 2004 in New Jersey, while living there. Since 2006, both he and his ex have been living in PA. They have 2 children together, which he sees every other weekend. Would he be able to move the divorce from NJ to PA? If yes, how can we go about doing this? We have been thinking about doing it for some time. We would appreciate any advice.

What do you mean "move his divorce". If he divorced in 2006, he's divorced and that proceeding is long over.

If you're asking about some other issue, such as child custody, post in the proper forum and share the relevant facts.
