After the initial blow, she states that she will release her but I must be present during the pick up. I have a hunch this would be another manufactured thought/rule of hers, unless you know otherwise, if I being the father have the right to send my folks alone to do the pick up?? I've never heard of this happening to anyone else.
I terribly miss Door County. I was more or less forced to move back to my hometown of Beaver Dam. I cannot relate to these people, I'm not a fan of Nascar, big trucks, drinking beer-water i.e.. Busch light, Bud light, Miller light for a hobby, or killing anything in the forest that has fur or feathers and moves.
Im starting to feel better about this situation so far. I've never actually won any of these battles with her.
She wants you to be present because she wants the police to be able to pick you up on the warrant. You need to get out your court orders and read over them. You need to make sure that its ok to send someone in your place to pick up the children...that she will be actually violating the orders if she refuses to release them to a third party.

While the police won't active search for someone with a warrant for failure to pay child support, they will, if told that the person will be at a certain place at a certain time, show up to pick them up there.
