My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
I received a ticket for both minor in consumption and use of false identification to enter a liquor establishment. The ticket was issued by the maricopa county sheriff's department. The ticket is very difficult to read and got smudged in the rain. I cannot see when my court date and time is. I haven't been able to find this information anywhere online that i have looked.
Also, after talking to some people who have received MICs before I was told there is a class you can take to get rid of the charge but they were all given information on this (website or phone number) at the time of their arrest. I'm sure this won't do anything about the false identification charge but where can i take this class to take care of the other charge?
The only other information i can make out on the ticket is the name of the judge.
