I didn't see a category for this one. I am rep-payee for my daughter. Ever since she signed up with Verizon for her phone and internet there have been nothing but problems, including terrible customer service and a long wait for installation. I pay all her bills online and ON TIME. They keep saying the bills are overdue. I sent them front and back copies of the cancelled checks and they say they never got them either. We asked them to check and see if they went into another account and they said they can't find it. It keeps going around and around with the phone calls with long waits. No relief. I have copies of the checks right in front of me!!! What more can I do? And if she cancels the service they will charge her a big fee. That is so unfair. If a person is not satisfied with a service they should be able to cancel it. I feel like I'm living in a communist country. So much for the little guy.
