    Default Marriage To A U.S. Citizen While On An Expired Student Visa

    Hi, i really need advice on what to do next, I went to this country last 2001 on a student visa and my visa expired last year, but i got married this year to my boyfriend of 8years and we had a son(he was born last Sept. 05 here in the US). We really want to make my stay here legal so that we could live with no worries..pls. give me advice on what to papers to file to INS..thanks alot in advance!!! you all have a good day!!
