You should probably take a serious look at your long term child care options. Since you have already violated your probation before, the judge is likely to up the ante over last time. Since serving 30 days in jail on weekends did nothing to motivate you to comply with the conditions of your probation - seeing as you "forgot" your WEEKLY appointments for THREE STRAIGHT MONTHS! - I imagine that you can look forward to an extended and uninterrupted stay at the county facilities this time around. Since jail time has already proven ineffective in improving your memory, I sincerely doubt that house arrest is going to be an option.
You do not say what crime you are on probation for committing, but reinstatement of the full sentence for that crime is a possibility.
No, what you couldn't afford to do is completely blow off your probation requirements and put your kids in a position of losing you for an extended jail stay...but, that ship has sailed. I feel sorry for what the consequences of your irresponsibility will cost your kids...but, maybe it's for the best in the long run
