My question involves a condominium located in the State of: Texas
So my HOA is on the loose. They have dubbed that relatively small quantity of firewood is an eye sore. However, they are using Article V Section 5.8 of the declaration of Condominium Regime (deed restrictions) It says:
"All Rubbish, Trash, and garbage shall be regularly removed from the Condominium project and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon.... "
There is more but it pretty much says that no trash cans or cloths lines can be on the property and no containers unless approved by the Architectural committee. Also, it never mentions firewood. It seems they are manipulating this Article and section to their political agenda.
To me the neatly stacked wood is Property and not trash. I paid for this wood from a reputable vendor. I feel like I am being bullied by the HOA with little recourse of action.
