    Default Pool Injury

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: GA

In the county I live in, residents with pools are required to have them fenced and locked so that children will not wander too close and fall in accidentally. If the pool is fenced and locked, but a child/teenager jumps the fence to swim in it anyway, can the property owner still be held responsible if the child is injured?
