My question involves criminal records for the state of CA. a 20 year old bench warrant still exists in CA and I left the US in 1990. I am not a US citizen nor do I have a green card. During my stay i was under a student visa. Since i left the US I wS granted a new citizenship under a different dob and first and middle name. The only similarity is the last name. I was never finger printed since I was not a US citizen. I hired an investigator who could not find any records for my CA driver license. I want to come back and set the record straight but cannot afford to be arrested and embarrassed at the airport. What is the likelihood that they would be able to match me to the old citizenship? I'm not sure how sophisticated is the airport system. Can someone please advise me if I fly into another state other then CA from Asia or Europe what is the likelihood of getting stopped.
Thank you.
