    Exclamation What's the Punishment for Assault and Harassment

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: PA
    I was charged with simple assault and harrasment. i think the other party may have suffered a broken nose but it was not included in my charges.
    i am not from PA, and will need to travel down for the hearings as needed.
    i have never been charged or convicted of a violent crime/crime against persons in the past. after research i understand the minimum and maximum penalties, but based on these circumstances, does anyone know what the likely sentencing outcome would be if i plead guilty to the charges?

    You don't plead guilty. You hire an attorney, plead not guilty and have the state prove its case.
