We have a four week lease with a vacation rental in Newport Beach CA. He gave us a verbal warning yesterday and then today he came and said that we must vacate the premises by 5p.m, today. We have been told that we will not get any money back ($4000 a month).

So do we have any ground to stand on here since it is a vacation rental/short term rental. We still have until the 26th of August left on the lease. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
