Default Do I Have to Provide My Bank Accounts

My question involves child support in the State of: california

My husband and I found out 5 years ago that he has a son from a one night stand. The child is 16 years old now and the courts are trying to get more money from my husband and they are asking to see my bank statements, do I have to provide?

    Thanks,

Nah, don't bother. All they can do is charge you with contempt. If you are lucky, they won't incarcerate you for that.

    Yes, that's sarcasm.

If you have a court order to provide information, you need to provide that information.
