Default Is Grandma Entitled to Any Social Security Benefits

Hello all ! im new ! and have a quick question hope this is the right section

Ok heres its goes long story short ..

My grandpa used to come to the USA and work from Mexico with a working visa and had a legal social security # under his name. He worked maybe for 20 years. Then stopped coming to the USA to work and just moved permanently back to Mexico. My grandpa died like 10 years ago in Mexico due to health issues, and from what my mom is telling me he did not recieve any social security benefits. But my grandma is still alive and lives in Mexico and i was wondering is she entitled to any social security benefits from her deceased husband ?

    thanks !

Is she a lawfully admitted permanent resident or a US citizen?

If not, the answer is no.

Minor children. Adult children who became severely disabled as minor children and are still unable to work. Still have to have legal permanent resident status or US citizenship.
