Nobody but the judge can tell you what the consequences WILL be. The POSSIBLE consequences include a full imposition of the sentence for the original DUI AND the subsequent disorderly conduct offenses. Meaning jail and fines. Any effort or costs that your relative has already accrued, such as classes, community service, fees, probationary time, etc., goes out the window and counts for nothing. I assume that the FIRST probation violation resulted in some consequences that likely included, at a minimum, an extension of the probationary time. The consequences for the second violation (especially since the violations continue to be alcohol related) will likely be a bit more harsh...although maybe not the entirety of the possibilities I listed above.
