Paternity Test and Rights

My question involves paternity law for the State of: Washington state.

So my fiance has a child with another woman and she has held the poor boy over his head since day one. My fiance has not had the money for court or to get a paternity test but I am willing to pay for it all. What would be the steps of this? He doesn't even know for sure if the boy is his..
Please help!!this girl has no respect for anyone and is getting satisfaction out of using this boy.

Please don't diss on Mom. It's up to your fiance to pursue paternity and visitation; if he hasn't done so, that's on him, not Mom. He can also file to establish child support.

So first, he needs to file to establish paternity. (This assumes the child does not have a legal father already and your fiance wasn't married to Mom).
