    Default Second Offense MIP

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan.

    I received my second m.i.p for alcohol by the same cop that gave me my prior. I was not caught with a bottle but I blew over the limit, i was in a girls resident and the parent called the cop because they had trouble waking me up. My prior m.i.p was 4 years ago for tobacco and i received a fine. What will happen this time?

    It depends upon your age, whether this is in juvenile or adult court, your home, community, and school records, any additional history of involvement with law enforcement.... Consult a local lawyer.
