My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California
Ok im military out here in CA and i got the "Good Ticket" lol
I hired a ticket fighter attorney but trying to shed a little advice from someone that might already have the charge.
I wasnt arrested or bike impounded but he issued me the 22348B
ON ticket it says speed approx 100 but in radar spot it says 104? Is that going to help when i go up in front of the judge or is that proper way to write ticket up?
My attorney goes AUG 20 to say not guilty then trial date whenever that is after.
I got cut off and chose to speed up and get outta situation and got hit. So not saying i wasnt in right or wrong, because i know i was speeding but it was that or crash..
Whats the actual ticket going to cost me after trial and all added crap they tack on?
And whats my odds of getting it reduced or anything?
Any body have the ticket and know what insurance is going hike up too??? Little curious here first ticket and im 20
Any advice much appreciated thank you!
