Exclamation Will I Be Charged with Violation of a Protection Order

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana

I am currently on pretrial diversion because I was charged with a class A domestic battery misdemeanor for getting into it with my boyfriend . With it, a no contact order was issued against me. There is also a protection order against his six year old daughter because cps got involved. Cps eventually dropped their investigation. Yesterday my friend told me that my boyfriends baby mama was upset and screaming and got their six year old daughter to say she saw me even though she didn't. She just said that because her mom made her. The cops apparently came and went to my boyfriends house to look for me but of course I wasn't there. Then the cops started saying how they were gonna get a warrant on me and took my boyfriends daughter from him and let her mom have her for now.

This is a trusted friend who told me this. I have had issues withmy boyfriends baby mama and have facebook messages where she even apologized for being mean to me. I know she manipulated her daughter to lie and by her daughter being so young, she's of course going to follow her moms course of words. I'm currently almost 6 months pregnant with his baby and got pregnant before the domestic violence situation happened. I don't want to go to jail because of a stupid lie from a jealous baby mama. I looked online and a warrant hasn't been issued yet, probably because it's the weekend. What do I do? Is there a chance the cops will try to charge me even though they did not physically see me there because I was not! I need advice on what to expect. Aside from my current pretrial diversion, I've never been in trouble with the law before and it's upsetting that baby mama is starting that much trouble! Plus I'm pregnant with my first baby so I don't need jail time. Please help with advice.

What on earth is "Baby Mama"? Is that a term referring to the child's mother?

The police can get warrants on the weekend, if need be. But they may need more then just a 6 year old's statement. Who convinced the child to lie? The mother or the "Baby Mama"?

Perhaps you should do a consult with an attorney...
