Default Out of State Incarcerated Father

My sons father has been incarcerated since feb 2010. He got sentenced october 2011 to 12 years for conspiracy. I havent talked to him since he had gotten sentenced because his mother kicked me out a couple days later. I then moved to TN with my sister cuz I had no where to go in FL, now I'm in OH with my boyfriend. I decided to right my sons father to tell him why I left and how his son was doing; he told his family and now they are harrassing me. Does the grandparents have any legal right over my child? Does his father have any legal rights while incarcerated?

He has whatever rights are enumerated in your custody order, assuming such an order exists. You don't have to talk to his family unless you want to.
