My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Texas
Well i had a lot of traffic tickets i couldn't keep up with. I got suspended. Was pulled over and cop told me that my license was suspended, gave me a ticket for driving with a suspended license. I didn't have a warrant at the time otherwise he would of taken me in. A few months later I was pulled over again, but had warrants this time for traffic tickets, and Driving While License Suspended. I went to jail for a week. I was supposed to be there for 3 weeks to clear up all fines, but I managed to make bail. I paid a big chunk towards tickets, and got jail credit (I still owe for at least a year, I've kept up since being out of jail). I have court tomorrow and am wondering what I can expect, and whats the fastest way to reinstate my license? Maybe even the most hassle free option as well. Please I understand the lectures for my actions, I really dont need to hear it again. Thank you for the advice
P.S. I've got a court appointed lawyer, so Im not expecting the biggest effort from him. But I would like to have an idea of what i should request from the prosecutors, and lawyer.
