To move (become a long-term or legal permanent resident, not just a visitor) to the United States, you will need a visa that allows residency - either an immigrant visa or a long-term employment visa such as the H1B visa. What visa do you believe you are qualified to obtain?
I don't think employment Visa would work well with me as I believe I have to already have found a job and this's not the case,as a matter of fact,I would like to join College/University after settling there. The other option according to you is Immigrant Visa-Which one specifically?
Okay, let's ask this another way.
What is the status of the relative who is eager to sponsor you? Is s/he a US citizen? Permanent resident? What is the nature of your relationship?
She's a Naturalized US citizen, am her niece.
For you immigrate through an immediate relative who is a U.S. citizen, the relative must be a spouse, your parent if you are under 21 and unmarried, or your adult (> 21 year old) child.
If you want to try to get a student visa, that would allow you to remain in the U.S. during your studies - but not to become a permanent resident.
