    Default Husband died at work

Hi folks. New here. My husband died at his workplace but his cause of death was natural; non work related. This happened in NY. Is there some kind of law that I am entitled to anything from their company? He does not have life insurance with them because he started working there just recently.
    Any advice is appreciated. Thanks..

Sorry, WC only covers accidents at work.

Unless the work caused his death, such as poisoning... a peice of wood hit him on the head knocking him into a coma - etc. then the company is not liable.

Sorry to hear your loss. Bless you and your family.
