    Hello All,
Recently i got married in India My husband has filed I-130 for my immigration in the USA But by mistake in my personal detail we have printed my maiden name in the first column and we also made mistake in the maiden name column vice versa. So now we want to change these, So how can we rectify this error, we got the receipt from the office that our I-130 is filed. Is is possible to make changes in the name column? then how? do we have to file a new I-130? Please reply
    I thank you so much.

So you simply switched your maiden name and married name on the form?

Try calling the USCIS and initiating a "service request" in relation to the error.
