My question involves criminal law for the state
of: Illinois. Stephen Jackson K59576 is being charged with accountability, for murder home invasion and robbery Stephen knew the victim and the man who did kill the victim, he is serving a 90 year sentence for a crime he wasn't a part of please contact him with any help u can offer it is greatly appreciated

Not enough to go on. He can easily be charged with the murder even without committing the actual deed.

You mean, was convicted of a 2002 homicide and armed home invasion and was remanded to the DOC back in 2005.

Stephen knew the victim and the man who did kill the victim....

So... was he protecting the offender at the time of his trial, or was it that the jury didn't believe his story? If the former, why would he choose to protect somebody at the cost of spending the rest of his life in freedom? If the latter, why do you believe that the police and prosecutor will find his accusation more credible now than they and the jury did at the time of trial?
