Can I Be Emancipated in Arkansas

My question involves termination in the State of: i am 16 an want to leave the state ive binn abused by my mom and its gone to nfar she has physically hurt me and emotionally she treatens me that she will sign me up in the military even if i dont want to i ran away once but i just want to leve the right way what shud i do i wanna leave

First, you make no mention of your state, so we can't even tell you if emancipation is available in your state.

Second, even if it is available in your state, you make no mention of how long you have been supporting yourself 100%. If you're not already doing that, you're not a candidate for emancipation.

Third, she can threaten you with the military all she wants. She's blowing smoke - you can't be forced to join the military, period.

the state is arkansas i dont have a job but tht because my mom wont let me have one i know i can be independent i have nice family i could stay at in california and enough money to buy a flight to get ther. however i am not sure how that would work wud i get emancipated here or in california

Honestly, you do not even have a grasp of the English language. Having the ability to provide food, clothing, shelter and medical for yourself, in addition to going to school full time, is not going to happen for you.

Because you do not have a job or a means of supporting yourself or a history of doing so. The law WILL NOT emancipate you on the basis of what you say you're going to do and it will not emancipate you so that you can go live with someone else who will support you instead. Unless you have the means RIGHT NOW to pay EVERY PENNY of your own support, you do not qualify for emancipation.

You don't qualify because you don't have a full time job, therefore you are not capable of supporting yourself 100%, and you have no track record of being able to do so.

Additionally, you're not old enough. You can't file a petition for emancipation in the state of Arkansas until you're 17.

So it would mandatory for me to wait until im 17 and another question if my mom wants me to go to boot camp can she do that without me misbehaving or anything i really want to leave knowing she might put me somewhere i dont belong
