    Red face Why Would a Website Publish Arrest Records of Innocent People

    My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of:CA
    I was arrested for DUI and a website has published my mugshot. Do they have the right to publish it even if I was found not guilty? I am in a mess. Can anybody help me?

    Yup. Your arrest is a public record so they may publicize that fact. Further, being found guilty is not the same as being found innocent. Being found guilty might simply be a matter of a poor prosecutor not handling the case properly.
