Post Acting Under the Capacity of Lessor

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: n/a

Hello, I've got some doubts regarding one word in a lease agreement: it's about actions that are performed "by the Lessor, or anyone acting under or for the Lessor, of ...". I wonder whether the word under means that somebody acts on behalf of the Lessor or rather by the Lessor's order? It's rather a linguistic issue only.

    Regards,

    Tras

Default Re: Acting Under the Capacity of Lessor

I expect that the reference is to an agent of the lessor, such as a property manager.
