Can a 16-Year Old Girl Get Emancipated

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Montana
I am a 16 year old girl who accidently got pregnant. I am in my 2nd trimester and things at home are getting extremely rough. My father does not live at home and I live with my mom and three brothers. My parents are not well educated and have very bad debt and we children do not have any sort of health insurance. My mother is in a bad work enviroment and deals with her problems by drinking. We constantly fight and i get so stressed with the fighting and that it is becoming very unhealthy for me and my unborn child. I work as a nanny during the summer and part time during the school year. I am in the process of getting a night time job. I am a 4.0 student taking honors classes.My main choice for choosing emancipation is to be able to raise my child under what i think is best and not what my mom thinks, to beable to live in a healthy enviroment where there is not constant fighting and to be able to get medicaid for me and my child. If i were to get emancipated i would live with my boyfriend of threes years parents. I would rent a room from them and be able to get the childcare i need to proceed in getting my high school diploma with honors and go off to college. i hve the income to aford to pay for me and my child. Would a judge grant me with emancipation with my case and for what i have planned?? please help me i am desperate.

You will absolutely not qualify for emancipation.

You are a pregnant minor - this shows the court that you need more, not less, adult supervision. And no court in the land will emancipate a minor so she can go and live with the guy who impregnated her. I'm sorry, it's not happening.
