My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Montana/North Carolina

To whom this may concern:

At the moment I am 15 years of age going to be 16 within the next month. I am originally supposed to be a Junior this upcoming school year, but I have decided that I am going to be graduating a full year early so I can pursue college. I am not one of those people who is graduating early because I feel like it will be easier on my own and so I can go to some community college. I am hoping to attend either the University of Great Falls in Montana, Washington State, or Eastern Washington University to get my Bachelors in Forensic Chemistry. As of now I am living in North Carolina with my mother, her husband, my brother, and two step siblings. Is it possible that the court will emancipate someone based on good attributes such as being graduated from high school before the age of 18 and pursuing a further education? It's just that we are originally from Montana and are in North Carolina because of my step father's job with the Army that required relocation and if I'm not able to live on my own I would not be able to pursue this like I intend because I doubt everyone would pack up there bags and follow me wherever I go. I do however have almost all of my mother's side of the family living in Great Falls, MT so I wouldn't be completely alone.
