My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Colorado
I was told I could not see my Primary Care Physician ever again if I don't sign a document stating that I owe money I don't feel I owe as well as a document for a payment plan. After refusal to sign these documents I was told I was no longer going to have access to my PCP under any circumstances. My response was that I would be seeking legal advice on the matter and then I received a letter in the mail stating that because I had stated that I was seeking legal advice about this issue, not only would I not have access to medical care at the Clinic I have been going to for over 12 years, but now my Family is being denied as well. Is this legal?
