Getting a New Visa After Going Out of Status, With An Expired I-94

Hi,

My I-94 expired 06/26, B1 Visa expired 08/10, in case of University admission can I obtain a F1/ I 20 from the university?

Just to be clear: You've overstayed your visa, you have not been admitted to a college, and you're wondering if you can get a student visa while unlawfully in the U.S.?

I'm asking if attending college is of any help changing of status (which is now a non status/unlawfull you may prefer).The college admission is pending and will be OK!

You either have status or you don't. If you don't you are supposed to return to your nation of origin until you again have legal status to be present in the United States. Your illegal presence in the U.S. may well complicate or result in the denial of a student visa. Consult an immigration lawyer.
