My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Oregon
My employer received a photo radar citation in the mail. It included a picture of me driving. The city is asking my employer to fill out a form "Affidavit of non- liability", they will dismiss the citation if, my employer identified (OUT) the driver. Are they obligated to out the driver? what happens if they don't?
also included in the mailing is a explanation of "Certificate of Innocence". If the registered owner(my employer) gets the citation in the mail, and was not the driver in the picture. Mail in a copy of your DL. Tell them " It is NOT me". They will dismiss the citation.
Is there any reason I can't have my employer send in that cert. telling them " Not me in the picture". why can't I use that form instead of the Affidavit of non- libility.
