No it is not a violation of work. I had listed the medication 2 years ago upon hiring and went through the whole COC and cutoff levels etc to prove that I was taking it as prescribed.

then I think you could prevail as long as you keep your whits about yourself and explain it as you have here. In fact, I do not see why you were terminated actually.
Also, I just noticed they had requested the drug screen policy, the results of the screen, my signature on the policy, from my employer. ( who did not send any of the required documents.) The employer doesnt have such documents, because as I stated above, this was not a hospital ordered drug screen.

Just wanted to give readers an update. I took the advice of JK and chyvan about keeping my wits about me. Some question that they asked me were questions that should have been asked to the employer. To those questions, I responded that I would not knowledge regarding that. Had to make sure I didnt fall into that trap. I was also careful to only answer the question asked. I didnt volunteer a bunch of extra information. If they couldnt figure out the right question to ask, it went unsaid. I won the appeal. Again thanks for the advice!
