Default Getting a B1/B2 Visa After Being Previously Turned Back at the Border

    Hi

I traveled to US on 2008 Jan and had a 3 months I-94 and my project was not done within that period and filed and extension and came back to India by August 2008. I never traveled again until 2011. I went again in July 2011 and my entry was rejected and they cancelled my visa. Am I eligible to get a B1 visa again. Also I need to know the reason for the Code 22CFR 41122 H 3.

    Thanks

42 CFR 41.122(h)(3) is the regulation under which you were allowed to withdraw your application for admission to the U.S. - it tells us nothing about what issues the immigration officer found, or why you chose to withdraw your application to enter. What were the immigration officer's concerns?
