    His best bet is to work with a good lawyer. We don't know enough about the case or facts to suggest strategy.

    Ditto above......you need a competent criminal attorney which will cost (2nd mortgage type fees) you seem confident that you know all the facts, I hope your son is being truthful with you because this sounds like it could turn into a "rating" out contest - is the indictment still pending ? 16 to 21 grand jurors must have thought there was probable cause to indict him....sounds to me like the prosecutor or county DA's office wants to "ship" him for some reason.
