Default Chances of Approval for Emancipation

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arizona.
I haven't been living with either of my legal guardians for over six months, i live with my great grandmother.
There is always fighting, arguing and stress being passed around my family and it's really affecting my grades and focus on school.
--Example: During Final's Week (Last week of school) I needed my computer, a gift from my grandfather, to finish up a few last assignments for the end of the school year. My stepfather (who has legal custody of me) lost his temper over an ordeal with me using my grandmothers car, with her permission, not knowing that he wanted to borrow it that day, even though he has his own truck, and stromed into my room while i wasn't there, and stole my computer.

I feel that the only way i can keep my focus is to be emancipated from the control of my legal guardians, who don't support me in any way, shape, or form, with money, clothes, food, housing, etc., and in the hands of a family whose offered me a more peaceful environment, with my own room and everything i need.
I'll be starting the 11th grade in August.
I'm sixteen, ill be seventeen in October.
    I have my lisence.
The family id like to live with is currently helping me find a job,
Do i have any chance of approval?

Emancipation requires that you prove to the court that you and you ALONE can support yourself.

If she is supporting you, that doesn't qualify you for emancipation.

my legal guardians.....don't support me in any way, shape, or form, with money, clothes, food, housing, etc.
But YOU are not providing those things for YOURSELF either, which is what the court will want to see. Who paid the water bill where you lived last month? Who paid the rent or mortgage? Who paid the electric bill? Phone bill? Cable/internet bill? Who paid the premium on your health insurance (yes, you'll be required to have this)? Who paid for the toilet paper you used today? The milk in the fridge? See the pattern?

in the hands of a family whose offered me a more peaceful environment, with my own room and everything i need.
Emancipation isn't about going from one adult who is supporting you to other adults who are supporting you. It's about YOU supporting you. If your legal guardians are willing to allow you to live elsewhere, you may. If they don't, you can't. But nothing you've described makes you a candidate for emancipation. Read the stickied threads.

When you've had that job for a while, and it pays enough to prove to a judge that you can afford to pay the local market rate for rent (paying "token rent" to a helpful family won't count) and ALL other expenses out of your own pocket, you MAY qualify.

Emancipation isn't freeing you from the tyranny of parental control. It is the recognition that child is living independently and hence needs removal of certain limitations of minors such as not being able to enter into contracts.
As has been pointed out, living with another relative is not going to qualify you for emancipation.
