I plead guilty to an idictable offence - Fraud Over. I was researching getting pardon. I came across this...
"If you have been charged with a crime, even if you were found not guilty, or were never convicted, you do have a criminal record once you are fingerprinted. A fingerprint number (FPS#) is assigned to your name and date of birth, and will exist until you take steps to have this record cleared."
When I was arrested the police, crown, and courts, all have mistakenly have entered my birthdate. According to the above does this mean I won't have a record due to the mistake of the court?
