Default Can Banning by Paypal Be Violation of Civil Rights

I know this question sounds odd but since Paypal is accepted at so many places should I fight them cancelling my account on a civil rights violation? They banned me because of a dispute over an ebay transaction.

No, you have no right to Paypal. Unless you were banned because of race, religion, etc.... it's not a civil rights case, and it's not likely actionable at all.

Paypal is not listed as a right in the US Constitution. Nor has it been determined that withholding a business service, generally speaking, is either.
