Emancipation of a Minor through Enlistment in the National Guard

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Nebraska
I am 17 years old and i am aware the age of majority in nebraska is 19. I have read about a loophole of sorts if you join the military. I am currently in listed in the Nebraska National Guard and am due to go to Basic Training soon. My question is, did me enlisting into the Guard emancipate me (it was with the consent of my parents too btw)?

I flipped through the Nebraska statues and I couldn't find such an exception. The only loophole for emancipation I found was 43-2101, if the minor got married. I may have missed it. If you wish emancipation, there are two routes: 1) get the necessary paperwork and have your parents sign it or 2) convince a court to declare you emancipated.

During the periods you're on base and on active duty, the U.S. military is effectively standing in loco parentis. In other contexts, you get to wait until you reach the age of majority.
