    Default Grandparent Rights to Visitation

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida

Is there any law in place where a grandparent can petition the court for visitation?

Default Re: Grandparent Rights to Visitation

Not in Florida - grandparents have virtually no chance of getting court ordered visitation against the will of one or both parents.

(FL is perhaps - with the possible exception of WA - the least grandparent-friendly state in the country).
