My question involves an eviction in the state of: colorado. if im giving a 3 day demand after being given an erroneous billing statement, and the erroneous billing statement never rectified. then two days later the billing statement is changed due to their billing. is that legal to try to kick out a tenant then change the billing statement.
billing statement was for 1500.00, should of only been 1100.00 for 1 mar 12. five days later demand for possession, two days later, the billing statement was changed.
