When Can a 15-Year-Old Consent to Sex With an Adult

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

My birthday is August 26th 1996
My boyfriends birthday is August 6th 1993
We both live in Ohio.
We met long distance, and he came to see me everynight, at some point he just moved in, because of how much money it was to comute.
We both live with my parents. They know we have sex, and are okay with him living there. He has a job here now.
I know that having sex is illegal right now, but when I turn 16 in three months it won't be, because I will legally be able to give my concent.
When He turns 19, he will be 4 years older then me, for 20 days. But after I turn 16, it will go back to 3 years older then me.
So when I am 16 and he is 19 will it be illegal? What if I get pregnant? Can his name be on the birth certificate. Please add any addition information you have.
Oh and we've been together since I was 13 and he was 16/17.
