Default DUI Charge While On Probation, PC 1000

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

November 2010 i was charged with possession with the intent to sell - a large amount of marijuana. i had a cannabis card - didn't matter. only a portion was mine, other person in the car admitted that only a bit belonged to me, that the rest was hers.
long story short: I accepted a plea - i entered the PC-1000 program which i am to graduate in August 2012, so in a few months.
I just recieved a DUI 2 nights ago. No one mentioned my being on probation, and i was let go in about 8 hours. I have a court date for June and I'm really scared that I'm going to go to jail at that hearing.

I only have a few months to go to complete my PC charge probation time of 18 months. I know that getting a DUI is a bad thing, what do you think is going to happen? will this cancel out my pc-1000? will i go to jail? will my probation be extended?
i just want an idea of what will probably happen so i can prepare myself.

    Thank you.

You're most likely obligated to report your new run in with the law to your PO. I'd recommend doing so. They get pissed off when they find out about it otherwise. You could get anything from a stern lecture to having your probation revoked and you going to jail.

We violate for any new offense, whether you report it or not. Your biggest issue is that you have a substance related offense already and your new offense is in the same range.
