I do not know how to explain this because I know nothing about parole and parole violations. My fiance is on parole and only has 6 months left to serve. He has paid his fines every month and reported like he had been asked. He has also stayed out of trouble, or so he thought. Till just days after he reported and a different parole officer wanted to see him, stating that this parole officer was new and needed some information from him.

One of my fiance's "so called" friends got mad at him. The friend is in a world of trouble because he was caught stealing a car. Now I guess I should explain that the car just so happened to be my fiance's ex-wifes that was given to her in the divorce. When the friend knew he was getting into trouble, he started telling the police that my fiance asked him to steal the car. He also put in the mix that my fiance requested this friend to kill his aunt and uncle. My fiance has NEVER wanted anything to happen to his aunt and uncle and I know this car was voluntarily given to his ex-wife by himself.

The question I have is... how can they hold someone for hear-say? They gave him a sentence of 45 days while they do an investigation. The investigators have already talked to his family and the investigators felt there was no case. This kid that is running his mouth was caught stealing a car, has stole money from a teenage girl from my fiance's grandmas house, went to pick up drugs with my son driving him (not knowing what he was there for of course), and also cheating on his pregnant girlfriend.

I guess I do not understand the whole parole and parole violation thing and was wondering if someone could shed some light on the subject.
