My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas
Ok so I walked into the store, got a pair of headphones(20$ exactly) put it in my pocket and left and they never said anything to me, I even walked past both of them on my way back to the car. do they know will they check the cameras and, report me they know were I live. I want to return what I stole but people keep telling me they will just detain me and call the police what are the chances of them filing a police report and me getting a ticket(i'm 16) will me mom get the ticket? I'm really scared rite now.
