    Question Options after J1

I am here on a J1 Visa and get trained to be a Hotel Manager. I would love to stay here for a few more years- what options do I have?

Could I enroll in college to stay? Or should I simply apply at hotels throughout the country and tell them they would have to give me a visa? If so, how high are my chances of a company sponsoring me? Are there any other visas I could apply for as of now?

I don't want to become illegal, so what options do I have?

    Thank you!

Does your J1 require that you return to your nation of origin for at least two years, at its conclusion?

Then you should be able to do anything you wish to obtain another visa and, as long as you remain in status, you can stay. That would include additional J1 visas, student visas, H1B visas, etc.
