Angry Is it a Conflict of Interest if You Used to Work For Opposing Counsel

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Montana. My former fiance was arrested last week for Partner Family Member Assault as a result of an altercation between him and I resulting in physical and verbal/emotional harm to me in front of our two minor children. There is a NO contact order as well as a restraining order in place and is not allowed to contact the children or I. Today I received a summons that he is petitioning for FULL custody of our two children. His attorney is his Aunt, whom I used to work for and have known personally and on a personal level for the last 10 years. Wouldn't this be a conflict of interest on her part as his attorney in this particular case?

What would the conflict of interest be? Did she once represent you? On something relating to your family law or custody issues?
